LLORET IN DANCE
I WANT TO PARTICIPATEIn 1982, UNESCO established 29 April as International Dance Day. The day is a day to vindicate the efforts of all those who dedicate themselves to dance and, at the same time, it is a festival to promote the virtues of dance and an opportunity to bring it closer to the general public.
Lloret, as Capital of Catalan Culture 2023, does not overlook this date by dedicating a day to dance with the aim of showing the cultural richness of the municipality by displaying all the dances that coexist.
We invite you to enjoy the benefits of dance, both for those who practice it and those who enjoy it from the audience. Join us for an exciting journey through the various dances representative of the multiculturalism of our municipality.
And..... to close the day, with the collaboration of the Obrería de Santa Cristina, we will be able to participate in a popular Toquen a Correr.
Are you up for it?
Coordinated by the dancers from Lloret Cristina Catalan and Carolina Villegas.
